Nick Hotel - Changing Chains?

I thought that I had read that the Nick Hotel was changing from a Holiday Inn to another chain - maybe Marriott? Is this still the case and if so, when will it be happening? Thanks!

Should it change chains, expect it to become a Marriott resort. Marriott is creating a new chain of Nickelodeon Hotels, with the first opening in San Diego in 2010, so I'd expect them to grab the place and upgrade it a bit to make it more inline with other Marriott hotels.

I'm sure they will. They want your money just as much as Holiday Inn did! LOL
