Nicest Value Resort

Okay, I promise... last question.. or at least for a while. It's just that you guys are a wealth of information.

Of the value resorts, which is the nicest? I know Pop Century is the newest, but I think it has gotten mixed reviews. I'm leaning toward - Movies.

to be honest ..i have never been there but i have searched and searched and well this is our first time there and i wanted to stay at the nicest of all the values...and well here is what i concluded...your gonna get mixed reviews of all the places....sooo...pick the one that appeals to you the most....we are staying at pop century..the reason i picked it were ..it looks fun..its new......it has its own buses as the other value resorts share...they have updated some of the things from the other value resorts like bigger tv...no more shampoo dispensers in the shower...food court is supposed to be super duper....ok...that is enough from me..good luck in your decision making..and have a great time...

The values are big big BIG on theming. SO I think the nicest, to you, will be whichever appeals to you.

Is one of the movie themes a favorite of your's? Are you big into pop culture or music or a sport?

Pick a theme and youll be happy.

I agree with stacy6552, it's all about what appeals to you. I have heard mixed reviews on ALL the value resorts, even the newest one Pop Century, but so what. My DH is a musician and he was going to Disney strictly for me, so I chose the AllStar Music Resort for him! WE BOTH LOVED IT!! We were in the Calypso Building before it was preferred and it was perfect. Close to the food courts and busses. Next time we will be staying at the Music resort or Pop, I just haven't decided yet.
You decide on a theme that fits you and go with it! I'm sure no matter which one you choose, you will like it.

Our family loves the Movies! We've stayed there twice and were not dissapointed. Next we'd like to try Pop Century or back to the Movies!! Not sure yet! You'll love whatever you decide!

I agree that the theme is the deciding factor! We've stayed at all three All-Stars at least twice, and to be honest I found them exactly the same as far as room quality, food quality, wait for busses, friendlieness of staff, etc. We like Movies because the kids are big Toy Story & 101 Dalmations fans, but if for some reason we can't get into Movies, we enjoy our stay just as much at the other value resorts.
