This may have been posted before, but this site has a neat feature for looking at weather for the dates and cities you're considering.

There may be a quicker way to do it, but I used:

*Type the city or zip in the upper left hand corner, hit Enter
*Scroll down a bit. "Trip Planner" is under the little picture in the center of the page. Click on it.
*Enter the dates you'll be travelling.

You get back data like Average High and Low Temp with some % predictions. It also has Precipitation, Cloud Cover, Wind, and Humidity.

For the location/dates I was looking for, I found out that there is a 0% chance for temps over 90, a 97% chance for temps over 60, and a 0% chance for temps under 32. The average high is 67 and low is 55.
There's a 20% chance of precipitation, a 51% chance of cloud cover, a 4% chance of a windy day, and a 3% chance of a humid day.

edited to add: Sometimes playing around with the cities will give you better data. Tampa has data from 2001-present. St Petersburg's is from 1974-present.
