nice hotel near USF

Hi,
I'm looking for a nice hotel close to USF for my parents. We will be staying at the HRH for 5 nights (in May) and they will be coming up for one or two nights (from Naples) to see us. They are not interested in the parks so I figured onsite resort was not worth the extra expense for them. They are elderly. They would prefer one of those all suite hotels. Any recommendations?

The nicer offsite hotels would not be much less than the onsite with an Entertainment rate.

A little farther away, the Renaissance.

There are plenty of "okay" hotels in the area but they will probably be very upset after seeing where YOU'RE staying!
