Nice dinner with my mom?

I have an ADR for her and I at CA Grill for 915p one night, but I'm wondering about the food. She's a pretty picky eater and doesn't do adventurous food. She likes a good steak and loves seafood (neither of us eat sushi), but I'm wondering if it's too out there for her? I've never been, so feedback would be great!

If anyone has any other suggestions, I'll take them! We're staying at Poly and I want to stay on the monorail so we don't have to get on a bus and can get back to the room fast. TIA!

If you want to stay on the monorail line, I've read great things about the Wave at the Contemporary.

Another option is Citrico's at the Grand Floridian. I had dinner there last summer and it was excellent.

If seafood is her thing there is the cape may cafe seafood dinner buffet at beach club
