Nice dinner today at San Angel

We had an ADR at 7:30, but our 9 yold Princess DD was "dying" of hunger. Rather than let her snack, we decided to see if we could get in early. WDW Dine claimed no availability at 6, but checking in at the podium, they found us a table in 15 minutes. We all thought the food was better prepared and tasted less processed than the last time we ate there, and that the service was friendlier. We always eat there for the atmosphere, but really enjoyed the food today.

I'm happy to hear you had such a nice experience at San Angel Inn. We hear so often that the atmosphere is great there but the food is lacking. It's so nice to hear that there has been an improvement in the food!

Very good to hear that the food was good. We love the atmosphere there but in the past we haven't enjoyed the food. I'll be happy to give it another try. The margaritas are very good.

I made it through the menu w/out problems, but was trying to read the fine print on hubbys AP folder on where the discounts are good for and when---and even borrowing his reading glasses I couldn't make out the words. I felt much better when 17 yo DS couldn't either.

The margarita was big enough to make me quite happy.

Which, if you'd been following my 9 yo Princess around like I had, you would understand that was one accomplished margarita
