Is Shula's the kind of place where you order your sides (potato, veg, etc) separately from your steak?

Yes. Not inexpensive, but you get a lot to eat. Figure an easy $150 for two for dinner.

bluezoo at the Dolphin for atmosphere and fish. They also have a beef tenderloin on the menu.
Stone Crab Claws are in season ... oh, yum and they are fresh everyday at bluezoo
