Nice Cashmere gift, for C'mas..Any ideas??

Mom actually mentioned it as something she'd love...not necessarily for C'mas but, when Mom mentions something, I RUN with it! She's soooo hard to buy for!

So, what and where do I buy cashmere? Sweater, top, what? And, where from? We joked that it isn't something you see at Kohl's everyday so, where could I get something nice? And, hopefully not, way too expensive? I know it won't be cheap but, how much is too much?

I saw an ad the other day that Target had cashmere sweaters.
I know nothing about cashmere and quality issues but I'd
check there first or go to a big department store.
Sounds like a great gift! I had cashmere socks once-they shrunk!

I actually was "feeling" some cashmere at Kohl;s yesterday... loved it!


Lets see, I bought my FIL a Lambswool/cashmere blend sweater on sale (actually it was free, but thats another issue altogether) at LL Bean Online!

Lands End also has them... check their overstocks/on sale area on the website.. thats where I found my LL Bean one for my FIL


The sweaters I saw on sale at Kohls were $79 yesterday.. I have seen cheaper.. and the blends are even cheaper.

Believe it or not, I have found them at the second hand store! But thats for me, not for gift!
