So I had to pick my classes for next (school) year today.

They include:

English II.
Speech Communications.
Foundations of Western Civ.
Foundations of Non-Western Civ.
Geometry.
Chemistry.
Phy. Ed.
French III.
Band.
Driver's Ed.

So. Have you picked your classes yet? If so, what are they?

next year:
English II (H)
French II
Algebra II (H)
Geometry (H)
Biology (H)
Chemestry (H)

We don't pick our classes until April.

I don't know what I'll pick... we don't pick until like a month or two after the 1st semester ends...

Algebra 1 or 2...
and French.
Thats all I know for now..

you're not in highschool. They never had them at my middle school.
My highschool doesn't, either. :sad2:

I know this because the Junior high is connected to the High School. You can go down the hall and walk right into the highschool. That's where half of the elective classes and the library are for the Junior High.

I haven't even started my new classes for this semester yet! But I have already thought of what classes I want to take for fall semester...

Italian 201
History 221: History of East Asia to 1800 or History 238: African American History - A Survey
Theatre 203: History of Theatre or Theatre 214: Survey of Dramatic Literature
Enviornmental Studies 124: Meteorology or ES 126: Climatology or ES 196: Enviornmental Science and Society w/ Lab

So I have numerous choices... mostly because you need to have backups because the classes you get all depend on when you register for classes. But as you can tell, I am definetly taking an Italian, Theatre, History, and Science class.

My school doesn't have honors classes either. Which pisses me off majorly.

i think the highschool i will be going to next year has honors classes. i just dont know if i should take honors classes right away as a freshman or wait til im a sophmore or junior............

I think we're picking our classes thursday.

I'm literally insane, heres what I'm thinking of taking..

AP English Literature
AP Psych
AP Government and Econ.
AP Human Geography
AP Studio Art
French IV Honors
Printmaking
Fibers

you can probably tell I'm not a math and science fan.

Classes I took this year..
AP English Language and Composition
AP American History
Graphic Design
Intermediate Draw
Watercolors
Biology II Honors
French III Honors
Algebra II

AP stands for advanced placement, classes where you can earn college credit by taking an exam in the month of May.
