Next year pricing

We are looking into going to the World in February 2014 and would like to price some stuff out.

Does anyone know if early December prices are similar to early February? Is there a good place to easily look up historical pricing for rooms and resorts?

The rates for those two periods are fairly similar, until you get to the middle of February, then rates go up. Here's a link to prices this year for comparison:
