Next WLV Refurb

Does anyone know when the next WLV refurb will be? I just returned from a stay in a first floor studio and its showing a lot of wear. The rug had several stains and holes and the bathroom could use an overhaul. I know they recently changed the open up couches but I think we could use a makeover.

I'm at VWL right now in a two bedroom dedicated and think the room looks wonderful. Zero problems. No wear and tear. And the new sleeper sofa is the type that flips open from the back. It is so much more comfortable than the one that is a platform with the three section pad that they use for a mattress.

Any makeover only needs to refresh what is already here. It's beautiful. I own here and would hate to see anything like the alligator finish that was put on the OKW coffee tables. And I adore the bathroom here.

We haven't stayed there since Nov of 2011 but our room was also in great condition. However there was a mention by someone several months ago that VWL would be getting a rehab of some sort in the next year. I can't say if that was correct or not though.

Also at WLV now in a 1-bedroom (corner room with the 4-seat table top very cool) and while there are small wear and tear issues (small scratches and dings) its nothing more then what I would expect in a lived in home. Everything works great, one minor light issue was fixed VERY quickly.

As far as additional rehabs, My WLV dues are already high enough! Compared to our stay last year in an OKW 1 bedroom that had TONS of problems (not entirly all cosmetic) that never got fixed after 3 calls/visits to the front desk, this go around has been much more positive.

I also have to say that if the approx $2 per point in dues gives members a better maintained room I wouldn't mind if OKW dues went up...
