Next trip in March 06. Questions about temp. and AK

Traveling in March 06. Can't wait. Have only visited in Sept. and Nov. before. Is temp in march ok for swimming or the water parks? Also, does anyone know when Expedition Everest is opening at AK?

EE does not yet have an OFFICIAL opening date. Rumors have it opening on April 22, with previews (soft opening) starting in February or March. But that is pure speculation.

Water is heated in the WDW pools and water parks. The air can be cool though!

I don't know what part of March you plan to go, but early March averages are in the mid 70s during the day and mid 50s at night. You could get some days in the 80s but you could also get some mornings in the upper 40s.

Late March averages are low 80s in the afternoon, upper 50s in the monring. Mornings in the 40s are rare, but still possible.

Both of our trips to WDW were in early/mid March (for Spring Break) and both trips were hot enough to spend one of our days at a water park. I'm hoping that's true for our next trip too.

We were just at the World this past March. It was fairly nice but one day. It rained all day and it was in the 50's. But other than that, it was mostly shorts weather but could get chilly in the night time.
