Next Trip...February...But I still have no plans! HELP!

We go to WDW every year for February vacation. Every year my parents say "this is the last family vacation" and we all kinda chuckle. See deep down we know it won't be. Now that they are retired they are going to FL for a month!

Meet the Cast:
Mom: She is a retired P.E. teacher and coach. She's a great mother and a lot of fun!
Dad: He is a retired woodshop teacher. He has a Disney t-shirt for any occasion!

DH: He had only been to WDW once before meeting me. He went three times last year alone! I think I'm rubbing off on him! He's incredibly kind and thoughtful and he proposed on our family trip last year!
Me: I'm taking a leave of absence from work to finish some classes so I can teach in the fall. I'm currently unemployed and it freaks me out!

Sister: She is a loose cannon! She can be fun, she can be scary you never quite know which one you're going to get! She's a good person though! She's been saving for a while! She's also waiting and hoping her boyfriend will propose!
Sister's Boyfriend: He is an all around good guy! He and DH have become friends and allies! I'd love for him to propose to sister, but I don't think he is going to!

A little background:
We've gone to WDW every year at least once for the past 25 years. We have always only gotten one room for the four of us. When DVC was introduced I wanted my parents to buy in. At the time they thought they couldn't afford it. In 2004 I had extra money from calling off an engagement and decided to do something for myself.....180 points at SSR! After two trips using my points my parents bought points at SSR too!

Since my parents were so kind and took us so many times when we were kids I always offer to take my sister and her boyfriend in our room. See I'm too cheap to get a 1 bedroom so we always share a studio! After last year we swore we would not share with them again!

We knew we'd be going in February but we didn't have a plan yet. While on our honeymoon in October my dad called and said he wanted to make reservations. So we did. I called and had points transferred to him and we called and booked the room. All while sitting in Richter's Burgers Company at Universal. And let me tell you, the music is LOUD in there! We settle on a 2 bedroom lock off at VWL.

I'm really excited to stay there. For our honeymoon I gave DH the choice between AKLV and VWL and he chose AKLV. I loved it and we had a blast. But it will be fun at stay at VWL!

For Christmas my parents bought us all one way tickets and we have to buy our tickets home.

The Plan

Friday 2/20
Arrive at MCO at 11:30pm, pick up rental car and drive to Tampa. Now you may ask, why am I flying to MCO in order to get to Tampa? Well the flights were $100 cheaper to MCO and the car rental was cheaper too so drive to Tampa we will! My sister is not happy about it, but my parents bought our tickets there so she'll have to deal with it!

Saturday 2/21- Tuesday 2/24
No plan! We're staying with my parents at their condo in Tampa. I know one day we will go to Busch Gardens because we are buying 2 park tickets for there and Sea World. DH and sister's boyfriend have never been and Mom, dad and sister haven't been there in a long time.

Wednesday 2/25- Sunday 3/1
We'll leave early Wednesday for WDW. The only plans we have for our few short days is on Friday night. My parents are taking all of us to the Polynesian Luau. We also want to work Jiko in again because we loved our last dinner there!
Last year my family made fun of me for my spreadsheet planning so I didn't make one. And you can bet every time they asked me what time a park opened or what park had EMH that day they regretted me not making one. So this year I am making one again!

Sunday 3/1
Fly home at night.

So for our time in Tampa I need suggestions. I am not a sit at the beach type of person. I am sure we will do the beach one day and Busch Gardens another, but does anyone have any suggestions for things to do on the other two days?

So last year we had matching shirts that my mom had made for us...

So I'm going to attempt to make shirts with this design on it....

We'll see how this works out!

So the plans have evolved now!

Saturday 2/21:
Beach Day! We're going to be exhausted so this will be a lazy day!

Sunday 2/22:
Deep Sea Fishing! My dad is more excited than the rest of us, but it should be fun!

Monday 2/23:
No plan, maybe Universal! See the problem is my Universal AP expires on 2/25 and since we are trying for a child I don't think we'll renew it. My family is going to Ft. Myers to see the Red Sox Spring Training. We don't care too much about going so we're making alternate plans.

Tuesday 2/24:
Universal! No one was getting a plan together for Tuesday and I am not a sit around on vacation type of girl! So DH and I are driving to Orlando to do Universal and I think staying in a value hotel. Not sure about hotel yet though. We'll wait until Monday to book something. Maybe a priceline deal. That night we are having a late dinner at Jiko! YUM!! They have the best food.

Wednesday 2/25:
I'm going to assume MK for the day! We have an ADR at Kona so DH can try the Tonga Toast. And the pancakes! I'll eat the eggs and meat! I'm not into the sweet breakfast food! We also check into VWL today! Woohoo! I think at night we'll go to DAK for EMH. I've never been to DAK at night! Everest will be fun!

We don't have a plan for the rest of the week yet! If we love Kona we might be going back!
We're hoping this month will be the month that we get a positive pregnancy test so we can tell my family in Disney!
