WDW has released the next round of discounts to Disney Visa Card holders today. It should be available to the general public on Thursday. :cool1: Details are not clear yet as those posting about it got it by calling in. Looks like there is a room only discount and also a S/P/D deal for the early part of 2015.

I'm sure within an hour or so there will be details posted on the Discount/code board.

Was hopping for FD, Jan. 3th. I guess we will change our check inn dates. SPD should be good, not as good but still a discount!!!:)

We really don't like the dining plan, but the RO dscount usually works better for us anyway. I'll be setting my alarm for early Thurs. morning. Hopefully I can get the discount applied to our reservation before the phone lines are jammed and their computers crash. :rolleyes1

Generally, you can get an additional discount through Orbitz. I much prefer to book directly with WDW but I need the extra discount to make this trip affordable. My DD has requested a few pricey extras this time and I want to be able to do it....it's her birthday.

I had trouble with the link on the Canadian site. If this happens, look for the option to change countries (top of screen) and change to the US site. Theirs is working.

This is great, but how can us in Canada get a Disney Visa? Need a US address. Would love to know if possible.

Canadians can not get Disney Visa. Many times the discounts are first available to DV holders. It's an indicator of coming offers for everyone. The SPD and RO offers are now open to the general public.

You can't. But that's OK. The announcement of the DV offer is just a heads up to us peons that the general public offer (which is almost always the same) will come out in a couple of days. Don't fret about room availability disappearing.

The GP offer came out this morning and as usual the phone lines jammed and the website crashed for a while due to demand. I waited til 10 and only waited 5 minutes before I was able to add the RO discount to our reservation. We are saving $486 on our 7 night stay. Woo Hoo!
