Next round of discounts released soon or in January?

Any rumors of when the next group of discounts will be released? Will we have to wait for January? Waiting on mid May. Parents usually get codes every year and this year nothing so we are waiting. We were booked at this time last year.

I'm waiting on mid-May as well (7-14). Looking for either an AP discount or public room only.

Looking at the current book by dates for what is out there I'm guessing that it will be the very end of December or beginning of January before the next batched is released.

It appears that last year they discounts for those dates were released on January 3rd.

I'm going late May and also hoping for a discount. I went the same time frame in 2013 and I remember that the discounts were released on January 3.

We are also going mid May to celebrate DD HS graduation. When I recently spoke with a Reservation Cast Member and asked about any discounts for May, he said the would be out in early January. I'm hoping for an early Xmas present, as I've been a very good girl this year!!

When the last round of discounts were announced in early October for the first part of 2014 it seemed like those travelers knew what their promo would be weeks in advance. I'm sad that no one seems to have any inside scoop or hints for this round coming up.

Last year family had a private code but we waited to see if the public one was better. But I remember in December someone came on and said a code would be released first to visa than the public in January. It was a discount off the room with a small discount on tickets.

I'm actually a bit surprised that we haven't heard any rumors here on the boards. Seems like I recall there were rumblings around this same time last year. I am currently booked with a pin code (the first in 19 trips to Disney) but it only covers part of our May 24th to June 7th vacation. Would love to have a discount that covered the whole time frame.

Sadly, since I got this pinched nerve a few weeks ago, I've been in physical therapy and not spending as much time online. My chats with sources of information has all but ground to a halt during this time as well.

I hope to be pain free and back in form too. Believe me, I can't wait until that happens. I'm so over this constant pain in my arm, shoulder and neck...certainly no fun at all.

In the meantime, if I do hear anything, I'll certainly share as always.

As for the next discounts, you're mainly looking at an extension of the room only discounts, with perhaps slightly different percentages. Remember that time is a very busy period, so discounts won't be as good. There could be some S/P/D sprinkled in a bit here and there.

Of course, don't forget the all important PIN codes and be sure to call once in a while to see if you have one attached to your name. Those are the golden ticket and range anywhere from a larger discount, all the way to free dining....so keep an eye out for those.
