Next Pirates to film in Hawaii

The State of Hawaii announced yesterday that the next Pirates film will be shot in Hawaii ( mainly Kauai, Oahu, maybe Big Island )

Think there is any coincidence that the Disney Koolina resort is opening in 2011?

I'd love to know more about exactly where. There's one island in Hawai'i that's referred to as "the movie island" because so many movies have been shot there. Any idea when it's going to be filmed?
