Next phase of DVC at the Yacht and Beach Club?

I heard that they are starting construction at the Yacht and Beach club for DVC. I wonder if this is the new phase after Wilderness is sold out. If this is true it will be great.

The new Beach Club Villas are scheduled to open late 2002; construction started last year.
