hi  we are going next october from the 10th, will the halloween partys be on then and if so what are they like?

also what is the weather like then?

There are MNSSHP throughout October (even some in September, too!) and the weather is usually great! :sunny: Nice and hot but not the humidity of summer! :thumbsup2

We'll be going to the "world" this October and will be going to MNSSHP again! :cool1: I'll post some info about our trip when we get back! :teeth:

hiya

we are there next october 07 too, the partys will be on, dont know what theyre like as we havnt been to one yet

Did MNSSHP in mid-October '05 (it was a Sunday night).

Very atmospheric and the costumes were great, but wouldn't rush back (heresy I hear a few people cry). The candy was good, the kids loved it, but not really something I would do more than once.

Happy to go to WDW October any time though (including 2007!) - weather good and park attendance levels very amenible so long as you take account of the influx of Brits in half term week - usually the third week of the month?

Snap!!! We are going October 11th........where are you staying? Oh, just noticed that you are staying at AKL - would love to stay there but it was £700 more than CSR. We stayed at CSR in May and loved it.

I'm looking forward to Halloween (including the dreaded Halloween nights at Universal/IOA)!! DD already saying that she will stay in the Kid's Club at the HRH whilst we go to the parks at night.

My countdown is already in place! ;)

Never been to the Halloween parties but the weather will be ideal, probably one of the best times to go.

We will be travelling out on 13th October 2007. Will the Disboards be quiet then? :surfweb:

October is a popular time to go, ideally many of us would choose to go then if we could.
I still think one or two of us will left to keep things ticking over next Oct. ;)

We're also going in Oct next year. Although we're going later in the month, we fly out on the 23rd. We've never been to WDW at Halloween before so we're really excited about that! :dance3:

Went last October and this October....nuff said :thumbsup2

Hi

We will be going in October 2007. Will be booking this in September. We are still organising our spending money for DLP for August. We will be leaving between 8-10th.

We went last year and loved every single minute. Epcot has food n wine festival. I really enjoyed this. The MNSCHP was amazing. We loved the parade and the fireworks was the best we have seen. We will be going to MNSCHP next year again.

The weather was lovely really warm but not unbearable. Only prob when we went we experienced Wilma. The parks was closed till 13:00 it was rather windy. For the next 3 days it was cold and windy. Other than that the temperture shot up and it was lovely again. The crowds were ok. The first week lovely and quiet the second week a little more packed due to school holidays. Having been peak time in August and July October seemed quiet. The Peter Pan ride, Sorin was the longest wait times we saw. Mission Space was 10 minutes. Use the fast pass system, if you really want to see Peter Pan either go in this first or grab the fast pass ride first. Same with Splash Mountain very popular rides in MK.
