Where should I stay if we decide to stay at swolphin, reserve?
If you go to Epcot or DHS a lot, I vote Swan or Dolphin because I think it’s an extra 5-10m of walking to the Reserve each time you go to and from the room. If you have high status, I suspect upgrades at Reserve are better, but I don’t think it’s nice enough to justify 10 minutes a day of walking, let alone 20-40 if you’re a mid-day break person.Where should I stay if we decide to stay at swolphin, reserve?
Is that 4 hours a day or 4 hours at a time?we are also not parks warriors.... 4 hours in a park tops before we head out.
The Swan is considered “nicer” because it’s quieter as it’s not connected to the convention center. The Dolphin lobby, which is connected to the convention center can get chaotic. Swan also has less rooms which also contributes to less density. So one isnt nicer over swan and dolphin? Which is closest to epcot? I dont remember

Neither is really closer to Epcot. You have to walk from either to a central courtyard and take the same bridge across the water to the paths that go to Epcot (you can take either the Boardwalk route or the Yacht and Beach Club route). Both resorts share the same friendship boat stop and are equidistant to it.
Thank you!Definitely. I only recommend Reserves these days.
Yes, Swan is also a Westin and Dolphin is a Sheraton. Westins are ranked higher within the Marriott portfolio. The Swan is considered “nicer” because it’s quieter as it’s not connected to the convention center. more typically 4 hours a day... occasionally we will go back to a park, but we tend to do more like... arrive around 10 leave around 2 or 3, go to the room, have the kids nap, go to dinner, etc.Is that 4 hours a day or 4 hours at a time?
Like do you do 4hrs in one park then maybe break or lunch/dinner then 4 more hours later in the evening/night?
Swan it is, thank youYes, Swan is also a Westin and Dolphin is a Sheraton. Westins are ranked higher within the Marriott portfolio.
Swan has two queen beds whereas Dolphin has two double beds. That's a big difference.
This sounds like a dream to me. We always go with people that want to stay morning till close. This next trip may be the first time we get to enjoy the flexibility of having an annual passmore typically 4 hours a day... occasionally we will go back to a park, but we tend to do more like... arrive around 10 leave around 2 or 3, go to the room, have the kids nap, go to dinner, etc.
Part of it is we also love our resort time... pool every day, we go to Disney for the excellent Dining options, and like rides, but don't love them. This sounds like a dream to me. Even Cosmic Rewind??…. we go to Disney for the excellent Dining options, and like rides, but don't love them.
I don't now how many times we have been to Epcot... and we have yet to ride it...Even Cosmic Rewind??![]()
Im the same, except cosmic rewind is my favorite ride and I love ratatouille. Epcot is my favorite park, probably cuz there's so much to do there aside from rides. Most times we find ourselves enjoying the shows and parades pool and merchandise shopping the mostPart of it is we also love our resort time... pool every day, we go to Disney for the excellent Dining options, and like rides, but don't love them.
You must its really worth the hypeI don't now how many times we have been to Epcot... and we have yet to ride it...
I can go and skip rides and not be mad. Im not a huge ride lover. Cosmic Rewind is on a whole other level. I could not believe how great of a ride it was. I could never visit and skip it now.I don't now how many times we have been to Epcot... and we have yet to ride it...
That’s insane.I don't now how many times we have been to Epcot... and we have yet to ride it...
