We have been to Universal 5 times since 2001 and we have stayed in all hotels. My DH just gave me the go head to book for August since we had not been back since 12/2005. What were the deals for this past August 2006? We usually got pretty good deals, but we had a annual pass which we got 3 trips out of. I was looking and I can get the Hard rock and with the 2 free passes the room comes out to $157 a night, and I would buy the other 3 passes I need at $85. This seems like an ok deal, since $159 was the usual rate we paid for HR with our AP. Should I wait or book? Don't think we will be buying an AP so that is not an option. Thanks for any replies.

not sure, but i think there is a set price for the room with the free passes, i do not think you are able to use APH or AAA if booking that deal

Wow! Where did you find that deal? I think it is a great deal. We are going in August and I have not found anything that comes close to that!
