Does anyone have a copy of theirs they would be willing to share?!

Everyone keeps calling and asking about how long they should stay, what to do, and the wedding isn't till November!

Hi Lulu,

I am sorry I don't have anything to share - we dont' even have all of our events figured out.

What do you have planned? If you have stuff planned for a few days before going into the wedding and breakfasts and things after the wedding then tell everyone you would like them to be there from this date to this date and the rest is up to them.

I don't think its possible to stay at disney for too long. I think a lot of people have such a great time they try to change their flights to stay longer. I would tell people to plan to stay as long as they can.

I think southwest and jetblue just opened booking through November - so that could be why everyone is asking - so they can get their flights while they are still cheap.

There are a coule of threads that have newsletters so you can see what others have included:

I haven't made my first one, but I plan on having 3 (first at 1 year, 2nd at 6 months, 3rd in the Welcome Packet)
Include where they can stay (based on your room block)
Activites to do around Disney (include cost if you can)
any meals you might want to offer your guests to join you for
Wedding Day activities and a loose timeline

Thank you so much, esp. for the links. The search function here stinks, so I appreciate the "human" search ;)

I am getting very overwhelmed!

I don't want to be cruise director for everyone, but I want to make sure they all have a general game plan and aren't calling me for ideas while we're there!

I am thinking of phrasing it like "Meet up opportunity" or "Meet and greet"?
