Newsletters, Save the Dates, pre-RSVP?

I know this topic has been posted MANY times! However I apparently have major technological issues. I never can find anything on these boards no matte how I search for it, or what words I use.

I would like to know when you sent out newsletters, save the dates, and pre-rsvps. I would also LOVE pictures and/or what kind of information you included on the newsletters and what kind of questions you asked on the pre-rsvp.

We know we have to send a pre-rsvp, because we think we may have underestimated how many people will make the trip to WDW, so we are trying to get a new estimate.

I am also okay if someone just points me towards the many threads about this in the past.

Do you still have a template? If so, I would love to get it from you! A newsletter is such a great idea to keep our guests informed, and it has so much more personality than the website!
