Yes I've read the newsletter thread and they're amazing. Since I don't have enough post I can't PM anyone.
So I thought I'd get everyone's collective ideas.
So far this is the info I've thought of putting on the newsletter

Time and place Ceremony is help
About the WP
Time and place the pre-reception will be held
Time and place the reception will be held
Hotel room blocks(which hotels and prices[but explain they can stay at any Disney hotel under our wedding "name"])
A little about each blocked hotel
Other things to do around Orlando
All of our guest (except like 5) are flying in from out of state... so should I put the closest airport? Should I list rental car links? should I find out what transportation they can take from the airport to Disney?
Also, where can I find the information about discounted tickets for my guest?
