Well we're still trying to come down to earth after the wedding but it's hard. There are still friends that were unable to come to either the wedding at WDW or at our reception here so we're trying to get round them all.

Now some of you may remember from years gone by how I have a habit of going out to buy one thing and returning with another - I once went out in my lunch hour for a Big Mac and came back with a camcorder well...............

....it's happened again

We went out last Saturday to buy plants for our pots and hanging baskets at a nursery near us and on the way back we saw a new development of houses going up so we went and had a look but we weren't enamoured but this got us thinking so we then went to another road where we were pretty sure they were building. They had a show house, we fell in love, they had a plot still for sale that was perfect, they offered part-exchange so we jumped at it.

I spent last week looking at other properties just to make sure that we wanted our first choice and sure enough we did. The developer send 3 Estate Agents to value ours in the week and then made us an offer on Friday, which after a little negotiation was exactly what we were looking for!!

We won't have to worry about a chain etc which is a relief but sadly our new home won't be ready until November/December but it's a great feeling.

Congrats and I thought hubby was impulsive when we went out to buy a lawnmower and came home having ordered a brand new Ford Ka that we picked up 4 days later

Hubby and I are also moving - from South Wales to London where all my family and friends are. We're renting a house off of my mum and her partner and we hopefully move in around September time before we head of to DisneyWorld. Can't wait

Yup that's right the terrace of houses got torched and it made the local paper - so we're nota ble to move in now until late Spring next year !! We still do not have the results of the investigation. The good news is that we're entering into a Part-Exchange agreement so if the Developers lose the buyer they have for our house it's up to them to find another.
