I've seen that Disney isn't guaranteeing entry for hotel, or "on property" guests. Have you seen otherwise?

i believe the OP was mentioning access to the reservation system, not guaranteed park access.

Very interested to see if the July 16th date going around will end up being true. I'll be excited to return, and am thankful I'm a local. It gives me the opportunity to pop in and get my Disney fix without feeling beholden to a trip with restrictions.

Well, they said park reservation system. Having a hotel reservation doesn't mean you'll get access to the park reservation system. You'll ONLY get access if you have a ticket purchased already. Having a hotel reservation doesn't mean anything

Right, but there have been emails going out stating that those with resort reservations (as long as they have admission media) will have earlier access to make a reservation.
