At least at AK. Perhaps DHS is drawing people over there?Must mean they are expecting much lower crowds than anticipated, right?

I should point out that it seems like it will be opening similar to Galaxy's Edge - the entire land will likely be ready, with the show building being up for the E-Ticket. I believe the E-Ticket will be the only thing opening later.Ahh .. didn't realize they were doing it in phases .. thought it was going to be like TSL or Galaxy's Edge where it opens all at once. Interesting.
Epcot looked like a 1 or 2 when I checked. 15 minutes for Soarin and 60 for Test Track in the busiest part of the day.Just checked MDE and wait times weren't as outrageous, outside of FOP as I thought they would be for the spring break season. Did see that Frozen and River Journey are both down.
Dang, was hoping it would be open for my trip at the end of June, oh well. Wasn't really expecting it, but hopeful.NEWS

All speculation, but will this mean people will defer their vacations until the summer? or the fall? or next year? Just curious on opinions.
I think it (the "panic") will only get worse in April/May as inevitably more and more "confirmed" cases are found in the US (and Florida especially). People will catch this, it will spread (just like the flu has all over this country the past 4 months) .. time will only tell if catching COVID-19 is any worse than the flu, pneumonia or common cold for MOST people.
I think people will rebook for the warmer months - June - Sept - as historically less chances of respiratory illnesses.
The virus may abate in the warm months, but will come back again late fall. I said in another thread, all of sudden summers will become crowded again while fall/winter will once again become "low" crowds. Until treatment and/or vaccine available, then all bets off again.![]()
I haven't heard to Europe, I've only heard from Europe.Travel to Europe too, so Europeans may be stuck here. Trade is blocked too.
I think a lot of people will postpone until 2021 too, which could really drive up the crowds for the 50th![]()

I know the news stories just broke though.
Players have it so I think it’s a bigger issueThey are playing without fans I thought?
Thank you. I wonder if the news stories have just skipped over that part.We were listening to him live, and Trump said to and from Europe. Now, how it actually is implemented could be different.

I agree on wondering the logistics of it all. Certainly anything of this magnitude is going to be a huge undertaking.
