I'm pretty ok with this. You pay extra for something and you get a "product" that you can't get anywhere else. You can't even go and pay a mark up for it on eBay. I'm a sucker for characters though.

Yeah - I think it's not a bad idea to have an exclusive meet and greet of some sort - maybe motivate people to spend that $150 on a memory maker.

We're going to be in MK two days after this ends - and we have Memory Maker. Selfishly...I believe it makes more sense to have it through Labor Day.

Weird...Sorry for taking this OT.....

Seems like an odd way to make consumers purchase it...Why not give the advance option? Looking at the website, you would just assume it was $149 and pass, or assume that's a reasonable price (unlikely)......So the consumer has to have a photopass picture taken and downloaded to the app, then go into the app and purchase memory maker. Seems backwards.

Learn something new everyday.....Back to the news.

it's an interesting test considering that the studios has a special meet and greet for disney visa members I think its a great way to see if they can get more memory makers purchased. however I think this is going to turn into an AP oportunity but it is a fun idea

The app is meant for use while you are on vacation. You can't even buy the $149 price on the app, only the website.
