News Round Up 2016

It doesn't match up with the rumors of three shows at night though maybe they decided to go to two instead?

Well, this is just preview info + opening night. They could add more showtimes as they nail down the show. Either that, or MDE was wrong, which isn't unheard of.

Just heard that the preview info posted by wdwnt is outdated as there are no scheduled previews for the next week at least. Uncertain about what's after that though.

Not sure how people on the DP are not their target just because there is a breakfast included (the main DP doesn't include breakfast). I think that people who don't want to pay $250 per person (so our family would cost $1250) for 3.5 hours are not in their target market!

Their target audience does include those on the dining plan...

...those that spend a larger sum of money on merchandise and disposal income purchases once they get there.

That is the target...those that squeeze into the overall bill using the dining plan are not and they will be marginalized over time. Really...there's little "savings" on it now...so we're already there.

Oh...and as an FYI...

I did walk through the new poly pool the other day and I really liked it. A very good family pool set up with a new almost seamless zero G entry and the snack bar.

Needs more shade though...no coverage and the concrete is gonna bake.

any thoughts on the construction of Pandora or ROL?

Since you asked...

Rivers of light is very close (obviously) and I like the setup

Disney springs looks like it's really coming together and I think it's gonna be impressive just on size alone...it's a gigantic expansion.

Avatar is also massive...but they don't appear to be nearing the end. My thought is the experience will not justify the huge cost...ill stick with that until I'm proven wrong because it's the common sense take as of now.

The frozen "thing" in Epcot doesn't look anywhere close to being done. No way they make projected opening there...my hunch. And it's such a big expansion on the pad next to it that it seems a huge amount of tacky retail is on deck.

The frozen meet and greet will have a merchandise component. Frozen is supposed to be done may 27th.
