For those westerners who ended up in Costa Maya during the western Mystery cruise, I though you may find this intresting.

Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve is the confirmed location for Survivor 7 according to a local source. Permission to film was obtained through the AMIGOS DE SIAN KA'AN, the non-profit organization that oversees the reserve, the source said. The gigantic reserve, located on the Costa Maya Caribbean shore of the Yucatan, Mexico, includes two lakes and Mayan ruins. Punta Allen, a sleepy tourist town within the reserve, is rumored to be the Production Camp during filming

On the live wrap-up show after the Survivor finale they announced that the 7th installment would be in the Pearl Islands of Panama. Could it be the 8th season that will be shooting in Mexico?
