How does this affect RV owners?

In Texas, RV owners have to hitch the 5th wheel or travel trailers and take them to an inspection station to get them inspected to renew license plate. In 2025, they no longer have to do that and can just renew online. It is the same with all other vehicles. It is just like Florida does not have vehicle inspections.
