Anyone else going to Paris for Halloween.
We are staying tuesday and wednesday in Paris with our daughter Caoimhe and then staying at the Newport Bay on dvc pts. the 30th and 31st.
Flying out of Dublin with Ryanair.

Yes, we are going for halloween. Arriving 31st and have booked the halloween event for that evening, going home on Monday 3rd.

Wheezie

Are you bringing kids and will you dress for the occasion

We done a couple of the Halloween Soirees, and many people (adults and kids alike) dress up. It's a fun evening.

Regards

Rob

Yes, we are bringing our 13 year old and her friend. We wont be dressing up though.

We are staying offsite this time. Of course, we would have preferred to stay onsite but we are just getting back on our feet financially after my husband was made redundant last July (02) after the company he worked for went into liquidation. He has a contract at the moment and I felt we both needed a bit of the old Disney magic after a long period of struggling so we have done it on the cheap.

This is our fourth visit to DLP and we've been to orlando twice in the past and we are still as excited as if its our first time.

Wheezie

maybe we can meet up and say hello.
We are staying on site Thirsday and Friday.
We told Caoimhe last night and then could not get her off the web site and to bed.

Are you going to the halloween soiree? We are driving over from Dover during the day on Friday (31st) but wont arrive at the park until 8pm for the start.

can you make any suggestions.
We have not been recently.

Sorry about the dely in replying a friend of ours has been taken seriously ill and is in intensive care so its been a bit of a mad couple of days.

I hope you are enjoying paris, we have always really enjoyed our visits there with the kids.

I may be wrong (have I imagined it??)but I think there is a little bandstand thingy near the front of disneyland park???!!! Shall we meet there, what time is good for you??? How will we know each other????

We will probably eat at disney village before we go and buy our tickets for saturday and sunday. If space mountain is open then our girls will want to head there first I should think, its all they have been talking about.

the photos posted really are us
will wear my ireland rugby shirt
we will be in the park alll day and are going to the hallowen party
Caoimhe will be dressed as a pirate
around 8:00

hope u enjoy urslef, ive just got back from the SL with my GF and we had a scream on the 25th for the soiree, we stayed for the halloween parade which in the end we could have watched from our hotel in the end, however i dont know what its going to be like for the 31st, maybe somethin different, id recommend going to see some of the main rides(i.e thunder and space mountain after, and phantom manor) early as they all seem to stay and get theier hair/makeup done before they go on the rides, oh and i dont reccomend gettin ur hair done cos its all back combed and a nightmare to get out.

enjoy urself

there will be a trip report up in a matter of days from my trip from the weekend

I guess we must have waited at the wrong Bandstand.
I took it you meant the one coming from Disney Village to the Park
but Margaret thought maybe you meant the one inside the park.
We waited outsise ,I guess you waited inside .
Any way I really hope you had agood time .
Post or email me some photos.

Sorry, we did mean the one in the park, which you couldn't get to anyway because it was roped off. Hope you didnt wait for too long. We had a great night, did quite a few rides and enjoyed the atmosphere of the park dressed up for halloween. We didnt stay until 2pm because the kids were starting to get tired at about midnight. We watched the fireworks which were lovely. I have got some piccies and will post them shortly.

Sorry again about the meeting up going wrong, I did try to spot you around the park but it was a bit mental, loads of people (and quite a few kids dressed as pirates!!).
