Newly Diagnosed

Hi! I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease, and other food allergies including mushrooms and shellfish. I also have an allergy to MSG that I've had since age 9, but in the past year, I've experienced stronger reactions to it. I just wanted to introduce myself; I'm sure I will have questions as I begin to figure out this new lifestyle. I've also been reading up on your experiences with Special Diets and the chefs at Disney so I'm quite relieved to hear how accommodating they are. We have a trip scheduled for late Nov/early Dec. so I plan to contact Special Diets end Oct/early Nov.

Just wanted to say hello and say thanks for all the information I have already learned from all of you!
