It's been great.
I got this AM and PM Gaiam one.
So I do AM in the morning, one at noon or after school and then a PM.

I was just able to do Adho Mukha Svanasana and put my whole foot on the ground a couple days ago, I was so happy. Lol.

Still working on Uttanasana I'm almost there though, can almost lay my head against my legs.
Paschimottanasana I was finally able to do!
The only thing I'm really having problems on is (I can't find what it is) on my video where you're laying down with one leg straight on the floor and then bending the other up towards your head.
So I guess it looks like your doing the splits only upsidedown. I guess. I can't explain it. Lol.

But yeah. I love it!

You should get a book that shows yoga poses and how to get in and out of them, then build sequences out of them, that's what I do instead of videos, though videos are good too because breathing is easier since they tell you when to breath and stuff. I don't know if that made sense or not..

That's what I was trying to describe. Lol.
I can't ever seem to keep my leg straight, it always bends at least a little bit.
But I'll work on it, and hopefully get it down soon.
