A Haunting. It's a TV show about people's experiences with bad spirits. It has reconstructions throughout most of it, and also the people who say what had happened to them. Just before the adverts came on, the wife was on the sofa asleep, and something started tugging on her hair, then it cuts to a view of the TV, where it shows a reflection of what was going on, and it was a little kid. The husband came downstairs to find his wife's hair being braided by nothing, so he called her name, and the hair just dropped.

Yay creepiness!
