NEWBY Question: I'll stay at RPR in August: will I get FOTL privelidges at Parks?

I'm confused about this talk of now-cancelled express lines.....does that apply to people like me stayin on-property? I mean the whole reason we're spendin $200+ at Royal Pacific is to get to the front of lines and stay away from long-line wait headaches
