Newbies to Castaway Club

My family & I are now newbies in the CASTAWAY CLUB after sailing with DCL in September.

What I'd like to know is, when or do DCL contact you with your Castaway Club number ? And do we get any type of newsletters or such ?

you should recieve info in the mail. i don't remember how long it took for ours to come.

Kanga, I'm surprised you haven't received it already. We sailed our first time on the Oct. 23rd Western cruise and received our packet about a month ago. It contains Castaway Club cards for each person that cruised and a really neat CD with the sound of the ship's horn and some tropical steel drum music on it. I would contact DCL and let them know you haven't received anything yet. Good luck!
