Newbie with ?'s

We are thinking about coming down April 29th-May 3rd for a short trip & staying at the Hard Rock Hotel.
How will crowds be at that time?
Do we need to rent a car (flying in/out) or do they do transfers like Disney World?
Does Hard Rock Hotel offer a shuttle bus to/from the park?

The crowds shouldn't be bad that week but since you're staying onsite and will have the unlimited Express access, crowds are not going to be a problem.

You can either walk, take a rickshaw or boat from the HRH to the parks...it's not far at all!

I don't believe there are any airport transfers from OIA to HRH that are free but I'll let someone who uses the airport answer that question.

The 29th-the 3rd will be alittle busy.But your staying on-site so crowds dont matter,you got FOTL with your room key!!
Universal offers no transportation from MCO.Everybody uses Mears.
Once your at HRH you wont need a car.The parks are a 5min walk or take the water taxi..
You will be pleasently surprised at how laid back staying on-site is..

Sorry to sound so dumb here...but, why won't we care about crowds - what is unlimited Express access/Fotl?

FOTL=front of the line/you get this when you stay on-site.It lets you skip to the front and ride with hardly any wate time at all.You can use it on all the major rides over and over.A kool perk that will spoil you..
