We have booked our first Universal vacation for this December. :cool1: I'm really excited as we are big HP fans and I just LOVE the look of the Royal Pacific Resort. My question is about the restaurants at CityWalk. I have been looking anywhere I can find info and I keep seeing that CityWalk is more "adult" in the evening. I want to take my guys to Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville, and Bubba Gump. Do I need to worry that it will be "adult" for dinner? My older guys would be fine (18 & 19) but my younger guys, 8 & 14 (as well as the parents) don't want an adult, party atmosphere for dinner. Would we do better for lunch or am I worrying about something that I shouldn't be?

Citywalk doesn't become more "adult" until later in the evening. As long as plan your dinners for a reasonable time, say 7:30pm or earlier, you should be just fine.

The restaurants are unaffected. The only "adult" things is that the night clubs open up. Only a couple of restaurants charge a cover after 10pm. None of the ones on your list do.

My DD14 loves Citywalk in the evenings, especially the groups they have on their. We would also have a later meal at Margaritaville prob around 9pm, they usually have a group there who starts around 9:30, and we would stay their till around midnight sometimes later , depending how the margaritas are flowing, DD usually gets a bit disgusted with us :confused3, then stroll back to RPR.

You might want to try Jakes in RPR as well, they usually have something going on on most nights

Thanks everyone! I think we'd be just fine with dinner. CityWalk sounds like a lot of fun! I can't wait to go!!
