Newbie with a Question :)

Hi!! I recently submitted an application and the status says "Action Required". Does anyone know what this means? I've tried to look this up, but can't seem to find anything. There isn't a link to click and the email I've received is the "Thanks for applying" email.

Is this an action on their part or am I missing something? I have emailed them, but I did it after hours tonight.
