Newbie with a few questions

Hi

Very new to this and can't seem to find the answers to a few questions:

1. What is a poll?
2. How do most people handle payment of points rental?
3. I sent a question to the "contact us" section on the bottom of the page and didn't receive a reply. What is the best way to contact staff?

Thanks to anyone who can answer any of these questions. I'll be one step closer to "earning my ears!"

Hi! to the DIS.

1. A poll is an option when starting a new thread that others can vote on choices that you define.

2. When doing a points rental through a private party it is most common to pay with a cashiers check or via paypal. You should do a deposit then the full payment closer to your trip such as 60 days, etc.

3. I would guess that the it would take a day or so to get a response to contact us. You could post your specific question on this board (in a new thread appropriately titled) and the moderators will answer.
