Newbie with a BLT check in question

So now that check in is at the actual BLT, can you still make room requests there or would it be more likely to get what you want from the check in desk at CR? I already put a request in when I reserved our room, and I know I would like a high floor, even numbered room. Just wondering if they would have any leeway if I ended up getting an odd room, etc... Thanks all, only 71 days

I don't see any reason why the physical location of the check-in desk would make any difference. The CM at the BLT counter should have the same computer access as the CM at the CR counter.

they do.

they seem to try to get what you want. of course I don't do online check in so won't get what the computer decides.

but because of the time issue would go to CR to check in. waiting at BLT lobby just seem to be worst than CR.

Thanks for the welcome and the advice. I think I would just feel more comfortable checking in at CR unless the process becomes easier at the BLT.
