Hi-I have been to DW and planned trips for friends going to DW, and now I have a friend that wants me to plan their Universal/IOA trip, but I have never been! I have been doing a little research, but still have some questions.

They have 4 day park to park tickets, so I believe they are not going to have any trouble doing everything. They will be there in the beginning of March and are staying offsite. And, I believe they would enjoy a Mardi Gras night.

My question is about which rides are busiest/least busiest at each park and when is the best time to ride them? Which rides get the longest lines and is it best to get there at park opening to ride these rides, or are the lines shorter in the evening? Thanks for any tips you can give?

Just be ready to wait, even if it's a while. The most busiest I know of is HULK, HRRR, Forbidden Journey, Gringotts, Dragon Challenge, and maybe Spiderman (Sometimes). EDIT: Hulk isn't open.

I heard Despicable Me is also one that gets long lines.

Universal Hotels get in the park one hour earlier than everyone else. The Harry Potter rides don't have Express Pass so I have heard is best to do them first thing or later at night.

Despicable Me queue is always long whenever you go......get there early for that if you don't have EP.
