Newbie questions!

It seems to me that Universal is more affordable compared to Disney and I will be going to WDW in August but I want to take my last week of vacation from work in November/December and I need cheaper but do not want to sacrifice service.

I really only have two questions right now. I have heard the Universal rides are not really "Big" people friendly. I'm 5'9 and a size 22 and my mom is around the same size but shorter and I don't want to get there and we barely fit, or infact do not fit at all on some friends. I've never had the experience in WDW. Is this true, are the seats smaller?

Second question, is that I have a bad leg and I usually rent an ECV in each park that I go to. I do not want to rent an outside one because of the hassle and attention it brings when it comes to transportation to the parks. Can you rent these at the Universal Parks?

some rides will not be a problem for you.
as long as the harnless/seatbelt strap can close, you are fine.

i was on the hulk last year and the tm asked me to relocate to another row.
tm said the row i was sitting in would accomadate larger size person.

I have been as big as a size 20 at US/IOA with no problems at all.
I know hulk has special seating, and I believe DD does also.
I do believe you can rent ECVs at the parks
