Yes, you will receive a statement the mail. Annual Dues are due in full on 1/15/2009 unless you are setup for monthly debit from a checking account.

For Kidani, it will be based on your occupancy date. I believe that most of Kidani have May 1 for occupancy. You will receive a statement just before or after that date.
