Sorry in advance, because I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times before, but this is my first trip to WDW in about 25 years and I have NO idea what I'm doing when it comes to ADRs. I know what it stands for and that's about it, so far
Our travel dates are 12/11-12/18 and we're doing the MYW+Dining for our family of 5 (3 young kids ages 4-7). Do I need an ADR for each night of our stay, or only for the really popular things? How am I supposed to know where we'll eat each night???
And why does it seem to be important to know the parks hours before making ADRs? Don't you just make them for around dinner time?
Should I have already made them for my trip?
Oh, I'm so confused!!!

Don't worry, everyone here is really helpful and can help you plan the perfect trip for you and your family
I agree with the previous post, plan your ADR's for 90 days in advance, it will give you the best chance to get what you want and hopefully when you're looking to eat too. For you, you'll want to call for ADR's (or use the online system) on September 12, 2009. From what I can tell, with the dining package you've chosen, you and your family will be able to have one table service/sit-down meal per night of your stay/per person as well as one counter service/quick service meal per night/per person and one snack per night/per person. Here's a link that can help you with more detailed information:
There are many more than that, but that should give you somewhere to start at least!!
