Newbie question: 180+10???

I am planning our first trip with DD for January 24-27 and have a hotel reserved (Poly) and want to make our ADRs. My question is what is 180+10? I know to call 180 days before we go (we are at 209 right now ) to make the ADRs, but can I call 10 days earlier? 10 days later? I'm so confused. Sorry if this has been asked 1000 times.

It is an onsite perk.

It means you can call at 180 days from check in and book up to 10 days worth of ADRs. So it's a convenience perk. You don't have to call daily instead you can get all the ADRs you need with one phone call (up to 10 days worth).
