Hi all! Thought I would introduce myself. My name is Jessica and my husband and I are planning our first family trip to Walt Disney World. My husband and I have both been to WDW before when we were younger (we were high school sweethearts and got to go with Band/Chorus trips in high school both our freshman and senior year).
Taking our family to Disney World is something that we've just thought was out of our reach but, after sitting down and doing some planning/budgeting, we are ready to take the Disney plunge! We have three boys who will be ages 10, 7, and 5 at the time of our August trip and we aren't planning to tell them about the trip until the morning we leave. We live in Central, IL and are planning on driving down (staying the night at Chattenouga, TN as a half-way spot on both the way down and the way up). We will be spending 5 days a the parks (2 at MK, 1 at Epc, 1 at HS, and 1 at AK) with a rest/beach day in between. We are still at the beginning of our planning stages and I am excited to have found these forums!

Welcome!! You will find everything you need on these boards. Ask away!! I'm going in August too!! I told my girls already. I couldn't keep it in. They have been surprised before. I'm sure the boys are gonna flip. You are gonna have a great time..

Comfort Suites Manchester Comfort Suites Manchester - 2.5 Star Hotel
152 Hospitality Blvd, Manchester, TN, 37355, US

I highly recommend this hotel. They have a breakfast in the morning. And its only about 6 or 8 years old so its still really nice.
