Newbie planning a trip this November

This will be my 3rd time, once when I was 5 & 13 (I know a LOT has changed), but the 1st for my husband & b/g twins.

This is going to be a Surprise vacation for my twins 8th birthday! We are staying for 3 days/2 nights in early November at the Caribbean Beach in a pirate room. We are driving so we will have a vehicle. We purchased the Deluxe Dining Plan and have already made reservations at: Lunch Whispering Canyon Cafe, Dinner Chef Mickey's, Breakfast O'hana, Lunch Rainforest Cafe, Dinner Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, and then Lunch at the Sci-fi Dine-in. After 3 days of Disney, we are then going to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

I still need to call and make appointments for Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Pirates League.

Any advise, tips, and/or suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!

Are we allowed to park in other resort parking lots? If we are staying at the CBR, can we park at the GF for the Monorail?
