Okay, I did read through the FAQ and didn't see want I'm interested in covered in those. A little history, my family(mom, sister, and I-all adults now) made our first trip to the World last April and got started with pins due to the F & G fest card that you collected stamps on and at the end got a special Figment pin. We also went in Dec and got the "Home Sweet Home" pin that was only available by collecting the stamps. We realized we were addicted to Disney so bought DVC and made our third trip in 13 months end of May-early June. This time we picked up DVC and Passholder exclusives in addition to the SWW logo pin.
Some pins are in sealed baggies- should I leave them in their sealed baggies or can I take them out to display them? Has anyone used corkboard or flower arranging blocks to make a display of their pins for their home? Which works better?
I suspect I'm more a collector than a true trader as I only buy pins I like whether they are LE or not and I'm not willing to trade many of the 20 pins I have right now. I did trade my Osborne Festival 2004 with Stitch pin to a kid in Dec for their "Happy New Year 2002" pin and therefore learned my lesson about displaying pins I would rather not trade. I could have said no but it wouldn't have felt right with it being a kid. TIA
