Newbie need help

We are big time disney people but we have decided at the last minute to drop two disney days and check into the Hard Rock and tour US and IOA . We leave next week and I have very little prep time. I just want to get the most out of our trip. I have one park per day tickets. I plan to check out of swan early to go to Hard Rock for two nights. Im traveling with hubby and teenage daughter. We like most rides and enjoy food. Any advise ,ideas etc. thks

Keep in mind with two hotel nights you actually get 3 days of early entry, and express pass. So you may want to consider either upgrading your tickets to three day tickets or dropping one hotel night, if you only intend on visiting for two days one night of on site hotel will provide you with two full days of unlimited express pass
